 Vertical crop of a horizontal shot. I shoot a lot in vertical, as I discovered when trying to find horizontal shots to put into a calendar for Xmas presents. So I'm trying to shoot more horizontal, only to find I like the vertical crops....

Always interesting to see colourful flowers in B&W. It's interesting to read your comments about the vertical vs horizontal cropping. I noticed the same thing myself when making a calendar. Only I was the other way around. I tend to shoot mainly horizontal. Many of my vertical shots have been cropped in PS.

I like the DOF in this shot.
