 Shot of my green colander, upside down and lit from the inside.

From RAW, developped in Lightroom:
Crop
Temperature
Color
Shadow and highlights tweaks
Contrast
Clarity
Vibrancy
Adjustments on the curve


Then PP in PS3:
Cloned out dust spots (should have cleaned the lens, the sensor AND the collander)
Burned the top right corner to make it really black
Noise Ninja
Hue/Saturation
Smart Sharpen in two passes
Resize then Save for Web
Smart Sharpen again and that's it!

I chose this one because no one in my family could guess what it is. I am not sure it is visually pleasing enough but time will tell who was right.

Reminds me of something kind of alien like. I love the colors and the DOF. Lighting in my opinion is perfect.

I have no idea what it is though. Great photo.

Could this be one of those soft rubberized squishy things that you squeeze in your hand and watch the inside squishy stuff come out of the holes that we see in the picture? :)
