Really beautiful. I feel that I'm connecting right with this girl. I'm not sure about the hand on the shoulder. I think I'd prefer it without, but an outstanding effort. 9

this will do very very well. i feel so much emotion in this photo, the texture on the lips is perfect. the flies are a painfully well done touch(not like you had control over that, but its great). too bad i can only give you a 10, meeds more like a 15

great image, i agree with you that don't clone out the hand of the other boy/girl, it add something to the photo. a real great portrait. I hope that this photo go in the top photos!10

Very moving. I like the hand on the shoulder... making the viewer know someone cares for this child... even if it's another child. (not voting yet)
