I see one tiny oriface on the helicopter that could possibly be rusty. Also the image is slightly over exposed and has some colour cast. You can find some very good tutorials here: //epaperpress.com/psphoto/index.html |

I like the point of view, but overall there are too many distracting elements in this picture for me to give it much credit.

| You might find that by blurring the background a bit using aperature setting, you could emphasize the subject... The background is a bit distracting... |
