Maybe a bit too much empty space on the right and I see some blown highlights. Still a great shot and a 6 for me :)

I don't think a water drop is considered thread. There is no thread at all in this picture.

Thread: a fine cord of twisted fibers (of cotton or silk or wool or nylon etc.) used in sewing and weaving

Where is your thread? No where! That's where!

Go hang yourself on a tree with a carabiner!
