Ah but there's no fruit here at all - there's the surface of a small planet, perhaps, or an odd volcanic formation of some kind. And I really like the way the bokeh starts to merge, but not quite. |

You've transformed the orange. It is no longer solid. It has dissolved to liquid and gel... and space. It is the most f&*kable orange I've ever seen (and one I'd be delighted to wake up with the next morning). |

I like the way this just skims the surface (!) of the sensuous liquid luminosity of the citrus rind; suggestive as opposed to in your face macro. |
