Some random thoughts...The contrast of the red rocks and blue sky is good but the blue is a little flat for DPC. If we could follow the road around fully then that would guide our eye through the frame but as it is broken we get to the first bend and feel a little lost. Given this I wonder how a POV where you were laying on the side of the road would have gone - it might have emphasised the "road" element of your title and also added more scale to the rocks. Another "issue" you have is that your weather is just too good - some more clouds in the sky would have been nice - but that's the price you pay for being in WA ;) |

I like the winding road, I wish that one cloud would have left for you since it's a bit distracting, and I wish it were a tad bit sharper. |

Nice colours, I think I'd like to see a lower angle maybe |

Since I can't see the whole of the road going around that first bend, my eye looses the leading line and it just stops... But, maybe I'm just weird.
Yes. That's probably it. *grin* (not voting yet) |

the rise of the road almost gives this an unbalanced feel - I wonder if a higher perspective to show more of the road would have really given this one a lift (and I realize it may not have been possible to do). also, the sky could really have used a few more of those puffy clouds to give it some more interest |
