Seems soft, which is too nad as there are some great textures to be seen here -- the railroad ties, and clouds and water.

This doesn't feel very sharp to me (I've been writing that about a lot of things, maybe my eyes are just off today?) and I generally find straight lines up the middle of the frame kind of boring (roads, sidewalks, doors, railroads, and piers).

Good idea, but the HDR effect is a bit overdone, IMO.

Hmmm... I'm considering the processing... I like it... I think. I can't decide. Well seen... and the sky is cool... those repeating 'hook' lamps in the background help to carry my eye from the end of the pier out of the photo. good job. (not voting yet)
