| I love animal shots, but in this case something im noticing as i focus on different areas, if you were to crop the log and reflection where it meets the water where the whole is that would be a very interesing vista type of shot too. |

| Meets the challenge. An interesting shot. It misses the "wow" factor IMO. It will easily finish with an above average score. |

| The soft carving of the curves on the male is in contrast to the harshness of the log, good capture. Nice and sharp, clean shot on the water, well done |

| The great contrast and extreme wrinkles of the log make it the subject, and the twisted necks of the ducks are hardly noticed. Otherwise a nice shot... |
