i took this freehand from the moving bike on the way to university.

This is excellent, Christoph. Not just for the light, which is wonderful, but for the casual yet perfectly captured composition. The criss/cross of the reflected light and the long shadows - gorgeous - and the bike light is the icing on the cake.

When I first looked at this, I saw the bars of light and the shadows that overlapped each other. After reading your comments, I started looking only at the light, and what I had seen as shadows suddenly became just space between another set of bars of light. Great optical illusion!
