 cow idling. calculations to b/w. bump with curves. dodged the sunbeams to bring them out. resize. usm.

cows are the best.

Sir Donald, I think the sun's rays really make this shot. Of course, the grain is pretty cool also.

I like to see the 'rules' broken and I want to like the cow looking out of the frame, but this time I don't :( Love the cow though :):)

I feel as though the cow shouldn't be looking out of the frame. I would be interested in seeing a different crop of this, horizontal possibly?

I am drawn to the fence and then to the cow but then I follow the cow out of the shot. There is something I like about this shot though.

Lovely image... with the cow and the rays... I wish I had a catchlight in the eye to make this really special. I wonder if they're legal to dodge in Advanced... (not voting yet)

I love the backlit profile. I wonder if bringing up the highlights a smidge would have given it more contrast. :~)
