Humorous, but looks too much like a snap shot. |

If they awarded ribbons for titles this would win for sure. |

Hahahahaha, this is great. I like that there's a line to use the hubcap! |

Seems a bit soft... especially for a Free Study. And that man's head being cut off at the neck... never good to cut off limbs and such at a joint.
But, that's just my opinion.. .and everyone has one. *grin* (not voting yet)
The title is HILARIOUS! |

Sorry but voted this a three and thought I should at least explain why. To me this is just a snapshot of someone you probably know, it´s not really interesting to me although I can understand you might find this funny, knowing the person. It´s very centrally composed, there is nothing going on in the bottom half of the shot and a head missing of the other person. The colors/processing is pretty dull, very gray and flat despite being taken in what I assume was midday sun lighting conditions. Also the title isn´t really selling me the idea it´s implying, the car is obviously in a parking lot, standing still. I would encourage you to try and compose this diffrently next time, maybe go in closer, I think I would have liked a close up of just him and the hubcap much better than this and try processing it diffrently. I once read that you should consider converting to B/W if the colors are not interesting to begin with and I think that would apply well to this image.
Sorry for being so negative but I did want to explain the 3 vote, it´s basically the snapshot nature of this photograph. |
