| there is too much going on in this shot. Perhapse a tighter shot of just the most twisted pieces would have worked better |

Excellent idea.
Im kicking myself now as I walked past a plant like this so many times lately.
A closer capture of the twist would have looked better. Maybe a shallower DOF of the twisted part itself also. |

| A little darker background would make this really pop out, love the cool browns and whites here. nicely twisted |
