 Shot in RAW, converted using Olympus Master. Slight levels adjustment, fixed aspect ratio crop, saved for web.

Not the subject I had planned for this challenge .. in fact, Twisted had been my choice, but the tree I wanted to use had been wrecked by stock on the moor and I couldn't get a decent shot of it.

In a straight challenge I would have focused more on the needles, the curvy pinecones are the center attraction here. Other than that I like the composition, but i feel both the lighting and focus can use improvement

DNMC and it doesn't have enough DOF for my eye.
