 Sunset shot off HWY 17 before entering Phoenix, pulled over on one of the side roads to get this shot. First time I ever shot a photo and got into DPC to find it happens to fit the challenge.

Some of you may guess that I stole the title from one of those I'm leaving and boy are you guys going to miss me threads, if that is your guess you are correct....lol

Post Challenge, thanks for the great comments, I was fortunate this challenge fell while I was visiting family in the Phoenix area and this was almost exactly the shot I was trying to get.

Absolutely gorgeous. I love the rich, deep colors and those cactus silohuettes are the best!

The outlines don't feel sharp and that's the only thing I find distracting about this pic. I love the colors in the sky, especially the purple.
