This looks like something I'd see in a storybook - it has a hint of reality and yet seems like it was drawn on painted. Awesome processing. |

I like your "to death" processing. It turns this into an intriguing illustration that demands more attention than a straight photo would.I can remember a little golden book called "What Do People Do All Day?" This could be part of a modern version. |

That is truly awesome processing! I love the very surreal look to it! Also, like was mentioned I really like how the sky has watercolor feel to it.
I wonder how a macro of the cactus would work with this effect? |

Is it the overlays which create the painted effect in the sky? That's really cool. Processed to death, maybe, but I quite like how it came out! |
