Greetings from the Critigue Club

I'm sorry this didn't score better for you, but I think there are a number of things contributing to the low score, mostly relating to the processing.

The composition itself is good and you captured the sky rather nicely. However, as the image has rather a lot of noise in it, which surprises me given the caliber of your equipment, it suggests that you have cropped this image rather heavily during post processing. The image itself does look a little as though it could be straightened, although that is possibly just an illusion due to the angle. The focus also looks a little soft, again, I wonder if that is a product of using a zoom/heavy cropping.

As this was an advanced editing challenge you could probably have cloned out the suspension wire that is visible. It think this may have helped, although, of course, it would be quite a big job.

I think most of your comments received should have given you some pointers on how to improve a shot like this for the future.

The composition really is good, and the sky is excellent. Very hard to get the sky to be what it is and not have the unlit objects murky.

I've given this a low mark so I should justify it. Composition wise, it looks like it needs straightening. The hills are in silhouette and as such would probably look better with an upwards shift of the black point.

The clouds are very nice in shape but I am sure that with a bit of attention to the blue and red saturation levels, they could look a lot better. Also is that a naval dockyard in the foreground? If so I'd like to have seen more.

way too much noise or too high iso setting here, not to mention the 2 lines cutting right across the image.

The cable suspending the bridge is sorta distracting to me. Colors are a bit drab for a high placing sunrise/set. Clouds have a cool texture to them though.

way to over corrected for levels...looks very noisey

The contrast on this feels really fuzzy to me and it's distracting, which is a shame because I think your composition is fantastic. The mountains look great.

Good shot but IMO the horizon appears to be skewed everything looks to be sloping to the right slightly.
