The colors in this image are very powerful! The blueish grey sky makes a nice complement with the orange of the rust. A pity the image as a whole is a bit dark, especially the right and top portions, but it works well nonetheless. The border is too heavy for my taste. The image itself is already quite dark, the border makes it appear even darker. Focus is good, lighting could be more even, although I realize that might be difficult for an outdoor shot. Composition and cropping is perfect, with a good balance in straight and curved lines.

| The patterns created by the foreground are very cool. It's also nice to see the blending red sky in the background. Depth of field seems perfect and the foreground is well composed. 8 from me - very well done! |

| I really like the colors, how the rust becomes so vibrant. I also like the pattern which is seemingly random and intentional at the same time. I can't wait to hear what the subject really is since this crop doesn't give me much of a clue. |

| Nice abstract that certainly meets the challenge. The bright spots are a nice focal point but approaching a bit too bright. Not much detail in the upper right. Finally the bold black/rust border overpowers your image. |
