While I like everything about your image, including the frame, I wish there was a bit more "context" in it -- a building, perhaps. The angle is pretty good but leaves so much negative space lower left. Maybe cropped off about an inch down below? 6

But an amazingly well lit underside. Nice choice of timeof day.

This is a nice abstract shot. I like the border used here although some will hate it. I feel that the border adds to this shot. I like the shapes and the angle of the shot. Good luck with the challenge!

A bluer sky would have been better, depending on how high this overpass is fill flash could have helped. Not sure if that was feasible. Nice composition though.
