Nice! Love the darkness, the blur, and the wee bit of light on the shore beyond. Lovely sky, too.

I'm not sure the vignette is necessary, it's such a dramatic scene already. I like how the focus placement demonstrates the conflict between man and nature.

Even if the sky looks stormy, I find this image very peaceful and relaxing. Don't know if it's an effect or if you desaturated but I like it.

the vignette, the guy on the beach, the blur, the lights in the distance, the feeling of a cold and dark night approaching .. an unusual and emotive image .. reckon a grungy type texture would work a treat ..:)
