Would've liked to include all of both potatoes in the shot, but that's the only thing I would change. I think the setup and colors are great. Looks like a photo for a cookbook.

There are a lot of nice textures here. Your choice of bowl is perfect as the color and texture of it fits in well here. The focus seems a little soft, but not bad.
