 My mother is in love with chocolate covered cherries. I bought her a bag of these about 3 days ago. She saved me 10 for a shoot :) LOL!

Believe it or not, it is REALLY not possible to find a kiss wrapped perfectly. I had to unwrap (very carefully) and rewrap this one about 4 times before it looked right and we aren't even going to discuss the little paper sticking out of the top :)

It is sitting on the top of the candy dish lid handle. Light behind me was moved up and back a lot to get the depth I wanted.

And guys, are you really eating sweets after you look at these?

I know I eat at least one of everything I shoot except the truffles... I do not like white chocolate ;)

Really enjoying this series. I think I like this one best so far. I hope you do something with these shots because I'll bet they would sell well. I'm not sure about the whole copyright / trademark legalities of the kisses, though. I won't tell :)

OoooooH! Best so far JoJo!! Gotta fave this. And thanks for letting us in on how you got that amazing, sparkling bokeh!!

And, yeah.. I do eat sweets after seeing your candy images. I bet you put subliminal messages in your set-ups! Like the Cherry Blossom box and the sad looking dog in the cherry - that's it!

Personally I'm not a fan of chocolate, but I do appreciate a good thing when I see it. I'm loving how festive your images are, they really look like an advertisement or card or something.

Another beautiful image of something yummy. Not fair. My husband has gone to work breakup party ( no spouses, the meanies) and I have had tomatoes on toast for tea. And there is nothing yummy in the house.
