 this had an interesting trajectory - I processed the original image to taste, which already had a pleasant soft focus to it from the lens used but then I decided to make a fractalius version of the finished shot, just to see what happens. Then took the fractalius version, and layered on top of that, twice, the original shot, once blended in hard light at 70%, and second at multiply at about 50%

I really like the softness, especially since it's a wooded scene. The colors are beautiful and serene.

Now those are beautiful colors! I never would have guessed the fractiwhatever filter, but after reading the description I think I can see it just on the edges of the highlights. Dreamy effect overall.
