How did this not get a higher ranking? It's quite ridiculous - this is obviously very good work! I think people who don't like tattoos voted you down because they don't like tattoos.

that's quite a tatoo...hopefully your background white is within the ruleset as it looks like you cropped the background out...

gorgeous tattoo, the colors are fabulous. I wonder how a black background and non-center composition might have worked though.

There's something odd about the outline... oversharpened? Something...

I do hope that this beautiful girl did not actually, permanently put a skull on her beautiful body. *sigh*
