Great idea and good bokeh! I just think you tried a silhouette but the guy have some lighten parts on his neck, which is not really cool. Next time try to put him with more distance and try to show more of his body, there are some parts like his right shoulder and the right part of his head that should be included on the silhouette in my opinion. Nice shot!

Using the bokeh to tell the story of the photo . Nice.

This photo really says nothing to me. The bokeh does not enhance anything.

A point to remember when shooting a photograph. Your subject needs to catch and hold interest. While your bokeh is very pretty, I can't tell what it is and it frustrates me. So it doesn't make a good subject. Therefore, I turn to the person. Still, I am frustrated because I can't see that person and the silhouette isn't giving me any indication of what is going on here either. Perhaps if you would have included more of the person in the frame or blurred the bokeh just a tad less it would have worked beautifully. As it is, it doesn't catch and hold my attention. Good luck :)

I think you've missed an opportunity here. The skyline bokeh shot would have worked really well without a foreground subject, so that the lights made a wide landscape which would work in its own right.
