 I used to have a cabinet shop in Dumbo (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge) on the Brooklyn side in the late 80's and early 90's. 135 Plymouth Street to be exact. I used to walk past this building all the time and it hasn't changed much over the years.

The place has gone to hell since the late 80s. No sense of threat anymore, no graffiti, no nothing... but I can take my two daughters walking down there without worrying, I s'pose...
