good suggestion about the "rule of thirds" -

this was shot without a flash, so the color cast comes from the available light - neon i beleive

this one is interesting.. i actually like it.. there is a weird color cast again but this time it adds to the oveall mood of the picture and it works towards a better outcome.. only if you framed this image so that th e2 people were mor to the left thus creating "the rule of thirds".. that would have added extra interest..
