 It took me more than 2 hours to hike to this location, through icy and snow covered hiking trails at about 9 degrees F (no wind chill).
It was worth the effort. I needed to see the place during the winter with snow coverage. In my portfolio I have the same picture I took more than 1 year ago, during early fall. when the trees still had green leaves. What a difference.
Embarassing note: like a novice - I forgot my tripod at home. So I had to find trees to stabilize the camera.
