I really like the colors here, nice, bright and vibrant. I think it got hit the way it did because of the softness due from the grain, possibly from a crop, so it wasn't as sharp as it could have been, but hey, I think it adds a cool little effect that I personally think adds to the feel. Good work. |

I believe taking pictures of someone else's art, while sometimes can be very beautiful and amazing, as demonstrated by your photograph, in and of itself is not really artistic... (I have this exact themometer in my home too and it's gorgeous -- mine is in celcius however, not fahrenheit). |

All that keeps this from being really an awesome shot is the presence of a lot of grainy high ISO. Out of curiosity, I popped this into my image editor and ran some noise removal, a touch a contrast enhancement and sharpening. The smoothness of the colors, and interesting lighting of this image really came out. It responded very well to a modest amount of noise reduction. |
