 I have just about thrown everything at this but the proverbial kitchen sink. I started off with invert, added film grain filter, posterized it, and I'm pretty sure there was another filter too, can't remember what. Used a brush that scatters to add the blood, did a fair bit of burning, oh and reinverted the guys jacket so that the light was at the top.

What a fun edit. I like the purple and aqua combination. Sort of infrared but not. :~)
