| Nice composition with the shell along the diagonal. Good use of DOF. Top third looks noisy rather than OOF creamy. |

| I like the idea, maybe the shell more off center showing more of the sand in a horizontal shot rather than a "portait" of just the shell. I think would make for more of an interesting shot. 7 |

| Just technically superior to most. This is a great photo. A great closeup, as I see details I wouldn't see with the naked eye. Amazing and wonderful narrow DOF. (10) |

| I like the shapes and the texture of the sand. I feel it would have benefited by cropping out some of the top bokeh. |
