Camera: Fujifilm FinePix S5000 Z

I was out walking looking for inspiration down the back lanes between some houses and I saw this chap lazing on a garage roof.

Since someone seems to submit a cat photograph into every challenge I thought I have my turn.

I dont' believe I've ever seen such utter disdain for a human anywhere else. Great kitty pic

I would have rated this higher if the foreground was cropped a bit more enhancing the rule of thirds and focus point. Colors, saturation and focus are all excellent. I really like the look you captured of the cat.

Great depth of field, but I think that cat didn't want to be awaken!

You should know better for DPC...better than the stereotype though.

He's scruffy and looking a tad overexposed. But I got a soft spot for kitties. :)

I gave this a five. I like the cat's smug expression withhis slight wink. I like the framing. There could be a bit more detail in the cat's face. I know this is difficult with a black cat. One of my cats is all black. I'm kind of sceptical that you've never photographed a cat before but I guess if you aren't a cat lover it's possible. ^..^
