The perspective lends itself well to the gothic architecture, and also helps reduce the appearance of converging verticals. Like AP, I wonder if a darkened sky would add more drama.
As a side note, you may have a bit of sensor dust, centre 1/6th of the way down from top. |

| cool shot... I think you have some smudges or water drops there at the top of the frame... incidentally, I wonder what this shot would look like with the sky darker, especially at the top, to balance out the composition a little more b/c it feels a tad bottom-heavy IMO |
