I didn't vote on this challenge, but I leafed through a few photos and got stuck on this one. Most fun composition and process, Judy. Absolutely love it.

I voted this a 7 but knew that the general populous here wouldn't see anything special here. I like it a LOT! So it goes.....
Geez you gotta love the comment left by K10DGuy

Good in nmono but I have problems with this composition, I think a tighter crop of just the eyes or a wider crop including more of the fac would have been better |

Charming is the word :)
Sure captures the special spirit of our feline friends in a unique and fun way. Gonna have to look up the title word in the dictionary though hehe ;)
Hope this does well. |

Cats are HARD to photograph. I like your point of view and perspective here. Not fond of the letterbox border, however. |

He peeked over the edge, and a slight grin emerged in his eyes. A clever grin, a hungry grin, an evil grin. There, across the room, was his prey, and it hadn't noticed him. Not yet.
Slowly, muscles tensing, he began to creep over the edge, paw over paw, inch by inch, tail twitching for balance. His prey remained, still unaware, and his grin expanded.
Like a shadow in the darkness, he advanced. Ever so slowly, as if he wasn't moving at all. Patience in the hunt, creeping silently, onward towards the unsuspecting.
Then, without warning, he pounced, screeching and hissing in the air in a vain attempt to give his victim a fighting chance. It was futile, of course. His was a mastery. He was an instrument of death and destruction. He was like lightning and quicksilver, and the Yarn Ball's existence was ended in tragedy and horror. |

He looks so mischeivous! I love this. Great focus on the eyes, fading to blurred tips of the years. 8! |

Fun shot! Nice crop and great choice of b&w. Interesting eye highlights. Can see your studio in his eyes! (That's a bit distracting, though). |
