Nice use of the selective focus to bring out the texture and solidity of the columns and contrast it with the elaborate work in the wrought iron railing. |

Nice textures and tone, as the others stated the lens effect does make you look at what may have been overlook in a normal lens shot. |

I'm with the Bear. In particular for the very perceptive reason he cites.
Another very instructive example of how the Lensbaby changes perception; opens a few little-used side doors in the photographer's and the viewers' noggins.. |

And this one I absolutely love, the way it forces me to accept the texture of the columns as much as, or more than, the columnarity of them... |
