This is a pretty photograph, but it looks a bit noisy/pixelated, and the colours are a tad cool, like it was perhaps taken on a foggy day or in early evening. (I'm used to such days myself.) The detail is slightly lacking, I think because of the noise. |

Something strikes me as odd about her head but it could be because her ears are down. I wonder if this is a crop of a larger image as there seems to be some low quality to the shot. The composition is good, as is the background. The lioness seems to be a little soft and also some slight noise in her coat, which is why I thought it may be cropped and size increased. It certainly has all the elements of a good shot, just a little lacking in quality. |

It's a nice lion capture, but the noise and pixelation of the image is very distracting. |

Shoot something you have never entered before -- taken in a place you have never taken pictures before.
you have never taken pics in a zoo before? I dont believe it. challenge not met |

I like the shot, but it would have been much better if the horizon line had simply been more horizontal and the lion in focus. |
