 My daughter, sitting on a small stool, looking up at me :)

One umbrella light to camera right about 3 feet up.

PP:

Used a layer of Virtual Photographer. Hit it with -2 brightness +8 contrast, original filter, soft effect, and aged B&W conversion. Then reduced the opacity of the layer to 20% and USM, resize, and SFW. I did all this to tone down the very bright red in her shirt. It was blinding. Seriously.
