Actually, I'd bet there are micro-organisms in that water. I tried the personification of a water drop about a year ago just for the fun of it and ended up with the same results:
(Virgin Mary water drop)
I'm sure there are some catholics somewhere that still light candles and pray in front of my picture.
Love the power bokeh in your shot. |

| I thought about the whole "Water is Life" angle before I DNMC'd you. But then I re-read the challenge and it said "anything AS LONG AS IT'S ALIVE." Water is not alive. So, to be fair, I could not give you anything but a 1 on it even though it was a cool picture. |

| Great bokeh. Good composition. This image is lacking in contrast for the majority of the image, which I think hurts it a little. |

Great bokeh but way too much noise in the picture and IMO it does not meet the challenge :(

| Good try. I'm afraid just don't see this as fitting the topic, which was a very broad one. It is an interesting splash shot though, with a nice wall of bokeh. |
