 Taste ok if you like basil, but it wasn't a great success.

Added the basil too early I think, so it's just on top and I used a knife to get it out of the bowl, as you can clearly see :( Added the lime just for decoration. Made this photo in the evening and the basil leaves I wanted to use for decoration weren't very suitable for a photo anymore.

Anyway, I liked this photo enough to give it a chance here.

What about a light green background instead of white? Just a thought. I do like the clean white that you used, however. Simple presentation.

it doesn't sound like it would be good, but it looks pretty and that's all that matters :) maybe a couple basil leafs next to the lime of jelly might have added to this

More a photo of food than one of cooking. I like the reflection of the lime on the plate, but I want to see more of the lime jelly.
