Very unusual POV (for a bird's capture), your entry was more creative, but this is also original and, with a bit cropping on left side and below, leaving the bird less centered, this could have done better in the FS challenge IMO |

I love the pov, right down there with him. The surrounding environment supports him beautifully. We don't get robins with orange breasts. |

What a nice surprise! The wide angle view is nice for this, as it adds a sense of the bird being free to fly about if it wants to do so. You had good light, and made an excellent choice to get low to get this shot. |

Our robins look much different. It's so cool how he just posed like that for you. The composition is great, all of the textures and dof are wonderful! |

Very bold little guy, the king of all he surveys! So different (for me anyway) to see a bird on the ground instead of in a tree, I just LOVE this POV! |
