That is pretty cool looking! Nice capture of the individual steam droplets and it looks great in b/w. Just one negative aspect is the "thing" at the top of the steam. Looks like it might have been a drop of water on the lens or some weird-shaped lens flare. |

Hmm... I really like the concept (with the swirling steam in the swirling cup) and execution. I just kinda wish it wasn't so blown out on the right side. Seems to really throw off the balance of lights and darks. |

That mug makes a very cool subject, and the swirl of the steam looks great. I don't much care for whatever its sitting on though; It detracts from the rest of the picture, IMHO. |

I'm fascinated by that steam! It looks like it should be fake, but can't pinpoint anything that would back that up.
I think this image would have been very striking without the blown out right side and the reflections in the mug. The tonal balance on the left side is quite nice, and the composition is pleasing. I even like the faint *ting* star you got on the rim of the mug. |
