| I don't know, but this shot might have looked better rotated 180 degrees. Great job on focussing on the little blood sucker. Nice colours too. Good work. |

| Is there really a heaven for these monsters? This is an awesome macro with wonderful DOF. Only suggestion I have is a matter of personal preference....I would have tried not to "chop" off the end of the leaf on the border. Good job! |

| Good application of DOF. Does the leaf really look like that? It looks like it's out of focus but the mosquito isn't. |

| Not quite sure what the problem is (light prbably, it usually is), but there's a lack of detail in the little monster - and even, to a lesser extent in the leaf. Perhaps a sligh camera movement? Cunningly reduced with sharpening perhaps, but there isn't that pop of definition that one would look for. |
