Oooh - I do like what it does with the lights! And with the reflections as well. |

I love the halos...it's as if the lights are shouting at us but the sound travels so slowly we will never hear it. |

Makes me think of jellyfish floating in a "close encounters" kind of way. Really neat. |

The glow achieved with the plastic optic is just divine. So soft and moody. |

The giant oranges are taking over the world - I'm going to have to break out the plastic optic myself and try it. |

Damn it, was trying to think of a serious comment and Art has me all Twilight Zoneish now!
I love the colours and plastic effect but not sure about the orange slices/telepathic orbs though am strangely drawn to them. |

Oh no-- those are no orange slices - those are clearly alien telepathy orbs. Normally they are perfectly spherical except when they are gnerating a high volume of telepathic energy from scanning the minds of local inhabitants. The aliens cleverly designed them to look like giant orange slices so as not to attract any attention to them. |

Outstanding. I think you'll notice the 4 central halos are symmetrically arranged vis-a-vis the optical center of the image. I'll bet if there were a bulb on the left the same distance from center as the haloed one on the right, it would be haloed also. I think point sources at certain specific angular deviations from center line are producing halos while the rest are not.
