Sorry to read about the DQ.
01/24/2009 10:33:59 AM
sorry about DQ, I can't help but laugh at the irony of the title versus the DQ explaination though... :-)
01/21/2009 11:36:11 PM
Awwww! I'm sorry! I had a ribbon dq'd too. It's painful :(
01/21/2009 09:17:58 PM
Bummer. I too had my first ribbon DQed, so I feel for you.

Great image anyway.
01/21/2009 08:52:31 PM
IMO....This should had been Blue, the ribbons are great, but not stock, again imo...Sorry about the DQ....Awesome stock image!
01/21/2009 08:37:48 PM
Bummer! Still a great image though
01/21/2009 02:46:34 PM
Congratulations on your first ribbon, Kris! A very professionally executed image and a well deserved win!
01/21/2009 12:18:18 PM
Congrats!
01/21/2009 10:43:03 AM
Verrrrry nice! Congratulations on your ribbon! This very much looks like an ad I see in magazines. Well, maybe she's prettier and a bit sexier than most, but it is so well done :)

01/21/2009 12:40:02 AM
Congrats on the ribbon! You know what sells LOL.
Well done.

Clean shot and well presented. The light is a bit hot on the cuff and her left collar. This is certainly standard stock imagery. Good luck!
01/20/2009 04:32:29 PM
Not sure what you are selling here, but I like it. :-)
01/20/2009 02:15:54 PM
Sexy, but inappropriate for the office!
01/19/2009 06:10:26 PM
nice shot,
01/18/2009 01:48:48 PM
This is probably exactly what they're looking for: 10
01/18/2009 09:57:44 AM
way to short of a skirt for a business stock photo. Jacket to small...
01/16/2009 04:13:49 PM
I'd use that for a stock photo. A sales brochure for sure... She's smokin'! :-)
01/15/2009 09:13:54 PM
I like it a lot looks hot
01/15/2009 08:42:15 PM
This one is really good!.... now, I don't want to sound harsh.. but as a stock photo, nobody would buy it because the book is cropped off... the entire book in the lady's hand should be in the shot... i would hav ehte same amount of white space on either side of the subject rather than cropping the book off...
01/15/2009 01:45:46 PM
I wish the file wasn't cut off.
01/14/2009 09:43:32 PM
Nice shot, I just wish the whole book was in the frame. Had to come back to this one and upgrade the vote a little. Definately on my top 3 !!!
01/14/2009 08:58:28 PM
This looks like a stock photo. Nuff said. 8
01/14/2009 08:15:56 PM
Great image....sexy! 9
01/14/2009 06:38:39 PM
this is fine and lovely and all, but i'm having a really hard time with that finger nail polish color! so NOT office friendly.... :)
01/14/2009 06:29:44 PM
top 5
01/14/2009 06:09:57 PM
Well done! You nailed the look, but the woman's dress is so short, not too many men would be able to concentrate on their spreadsheets! ;)
01/14/2009 05:46:10 PM
I can see a stock agency liking this - except the skirt is too short. Don't think a company wants that image...but who knows?
01/14/2009 05:00:24 PM
Nice stock subject; lighting is a bit flat, especially on the face.
01/14/2009 04:35:13 PM
Not fond of the black nail polish... I'm not sure how many would buy a stock image with it included, but the rest is top notch! Well done!
01/14/2009 11:52:58 AM
I know it's supposed to be stock photos, but this picture is a little too unnaturally posed for me.
01/14/2009 10:16:06 AM
If I worked with someone who looked like that, I doubt that any of us in the office would get too much work done :)
01/14/2009 09:34:07 AM
Good work except the binder is cut off! - 5
01/14/2009 08:59:22 AM
If only you could have kept in the edge to the day planner. Other than that, excellent example of a stock image.
01/14/2009 04:00:35 AM
When can ya start? ;-)
01/14/2009 02:13:19 AM
Good stock photo, but I wouldn't have cropped the folder on the right. (Bet I'm not the only one to say that ;) )
01/14/2009 01:31:48 AM
Hmm, stock photo - yes, definitively. Model is deserving of a 11 herself. Everything is there, plain white background allowing for text overlay, professional. I would only comment on the choice of having scantily clad young lady here: it will definitively get you DPC votes. However, I've seen a select few (maybe only 2) entries here that would sell more as stock photo, just because of the limited usability of such image in ad world. Because of that, I'll take away 2 points from 11 she deserves: 9.
01/14/2009 12:19:47 AM
Nice shot. I like the lighting and the Skin Tone. would have given a 9 or ten but the Binder was was cropped off. Good work. I like it. It meets the challenge better than mine!
