| Wish the focus on the actual subject were more clear. I'm torn between the writing on the tire and the shoe. |

| the writing on the wheel is the most intriguing part of the whole shot - the strong colors and slightly blurred look to the image give it an almost graffiti like feel |

| Experimental, and you're probably paying the price for it. But it's colorful, playful, and works well with the subject matter. I'm scoring this high though, because I think the effect, even if not well received or to the taste of most, is well executed. |
