Pleasing and clean. Boost the light on him and his shirt a bit and you'd have a great stock shot! |

you at least meet the challenge better than most... |

I like this for the most part. Your lighting, background and subject are perfect for the challenge and for stock shots in general. It comes off to me as a touch darker and duller than I would expect though. I popped this into my editor to see, and some quick levels, curves and contrast really made this pop nicely and looks like something I would see in an advertisement. |

Very straight forward. Lighting a little off/dim for stock (on hands). Comp good, sharpness well done. 7 |

Nice stock photo. Could use that in a lot of brochures. |

I don't feel the colouring/lighting goes well with the shirt and tie colours. |

Beautiful lighting and great subject.
A perfect stock photo. |

great idea to paint the background, but your subject is standing too close to the background because some of the background lights got onto him... UNLESS that was your intention... otherwise great shot |

This looks very dark on my monitor. Are you sure you have yours set up right? |

Love the lighting, DOF and crop. The model is effective, and the image speaks "business". Well done. |

Nicely done. My pick for the blue! |

A bit too dark for stock. Key lighting on the face is good, if harsh, but hands with phone should also have been lit. There is also too much background for my taste; a tighter crop without the bright spot on the left would have made the composition stronger. |

i like the blu on the background, I don't know if on the man work, it seems a bit off. |

Stock photo, for sure! Lovely job... might be a bit brighter on the shirt and less shadow from the nose to make it just a smidgeon better... but it's really good. |

Fits the challenge well. I like the strong blues of the background, though I wish they were a little less strongly reflected from the subject. |

Very nice solid image. A nice use of lighting to highlight and give a very professional look to your image. Framing is great very solid. |

Job well done. Beautiful background and I like the overall composition. The only negitive is the lack of levels adjustment. |

Definitely see this as stock work -- one of the top two this challenge. - 8 |

Such a cliche image. ...Just what the challenge seems to call for! :) Nicely done. |

A little bit too dark / artsy for a stock photo. I would expect something that is more of a in-your-face, bright, aggressive for the business person stock photo.
But otherwise, I like the image very much. |
