I like the composition adn tones. I think anything but these muted colors and it would not work.

Wow! I love the colors here, slightly muted but doesn't lack the least bit of punch. Beautiful and serene.

Very nice tones here! I love that one has his butt facing you. :-) A tad oversharpened for my taste, but I've never figured how much or how little to sharpen for display here. Just do what looks good on your screen.

Very nice shot, I often wonder how you get close enough without making them turn and run!

Ohhhhhh BEAUTIFUL! I think the sepia or winter tones in this photo are such a plus. You can't even tell if they are natural or processed that way. And I love how the grasses go over the border.

Beautiful, peaceful scene. Lovely processing. I like the almost monochromatic look.

This picture seems somehow to contain the quiet that's necessary to get close to these things. Very nice.

Nicely composed, and the muted colors are very effective in this shot.

I really like this. Perfect DOF, it really separates the subject from the background. The off centering of the mules in the composition is a good choice. Focus is good too.

This is a nice shot of the deer. The backdrop of the mountains really set the deer off in this image.
I hate to tell you this but the deer on the left is a Mule Deer. Most likely the other one is as well. Mulies have antlers that split off in 'Y's' off of the main beam of the antler. White tails have one main beam with spikes off of it. Some variations occur within this general rule, but it's the easiest way to identify the two species.
