Unusual patterns. I wonder where the little one came and went to. |

The tracks make a fun pattern; some look rather casual and the littler ones are more regimented. |

This makes for a really cool, and interesting photo - both aesthetically pleasing, and of interest from a natural history point of view. Any idea what the birds were? |

Boy that is cold! Great capture of the bird tracks. You can really see them well maybe because it's not very deep. Very creative and a nice memory of winter! :) |

Nice take on the side challenge. I am amazed that such a small bird can survive up in the frozen white north. |

This is interesting. You have 3 sets of tracks, a couple of walking birds, a hopping bird, and then the dogs came along on top of all of it.
The contrast makes it work for me. It's cold there. |

Yay, wildlife calligraphy. That is a great representation of the theme. |

Nice one, Jess. I'm a bit under the weather, so I'm not even going to attempt any shots until later in the week.
Thanks for starting us off.
I really like your interpretation of wild life. I wanted this to be a very creative side challenge AND you've started us out in fine fashion.
Thank you. |
