I'm FINALLY entering my first challenge, definitely nervous.
Unfortunately I made the biggest mistake possible and didn't back up my hard drive, and then night this photo was taken (the 13th month I've had my macbook of course lol) my hard drive crashed. Luckily I kept this shoot on my memory cards, so as this may not be my 'best' shot from 2008 it's still my favourite regardless.

I had the hardest time coming up with a title, I ended up taking the title from a song title by Pete Townsend. :)

I really like this one and its an outstanding first entry. I find the placement very well done making this a unique bridal shot. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Nicely different, did you get any without the floor? I guess it's tricky with including the veil/train :)

a great pose and a good expression - i like how the door frame provides a focal point to the bride - her teeth are just a bit toooooo bright though

good vibrant colours, non blown out whites, she needed to drop her shoulder though as this would bring out her neck and not make her look cramped.

Well executed and she looks lovely, but the whole concept strikes me as kind of strange. The title tries to reconcile that, but without the groom in the picture, all sorts of bizarre metaphors come to mind. A six anyway...

LOL! Fun shot. Lighting is a bit too even overall, and contrast a bit overblown on the dress.

Interesting photo, subject, composition ... but spooky teeth ... possibly overdone just a bit.
