This was one of the best shots in the challenge. I can't believe it scored this low. The grain is what makes it and creates the mood. Nice job.

Oh my goodness, what an outstanding natural history photograph. The composition combines with the perfect pose of the Polar Bear. The mono conversion is an interesting choice, and in some intangible way adds weight to your title.

nicely done. Ice is hard. There might be a bit too much grain, but I like it.

Title is too political, I think that may harm you in the voting. Not a fan of the grainy image, but I like the bear
